Hi, I'm Premisha, founder of Faith First Mobile Notary. I started this business because I've seen firsthand how busy and demanding life can get — and how stressful it is to track down a notary when you're short on time, energy, or both.

Faith First Mobile Notary was built on a simple idea: notarization shouldn't add to your stress, it should take it away. That's why I come to you — your home, your office, the hospital, wherever you need me — on your schedule, not the other way around.

For me, faith means trust, integrity, and showing up the way I say I will. Every appointment, every document, every client gets my full attention and care, because I know what's on the other side of that signature matters to you because I've been on the other side of things too.

  • Remote Online Notarization (RON) — Secure online notarization for eligible documents, allowing you to complete your notarization remotely from wherever you are.
  • General Notarizations – Acknowledgments, jurats, oaths, and affirmations.
  • Power of Attorney – Notarization of eligible power of attorney documents presented by the signer.
  • Wills & Trusts – Notarization of eligible estate planning documents presented for notarization.
  • Real Estate Documents – Notarization Of eligible deeds, property-transfer documents, affidavits, and other real estate documents presented for notarization.

  • I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification – Completed as an authorized representative of the employer; this is not a notarial act.
  • Apostille Courier –Assistance with submitting eligible Texas documents to the Texas Secretary of State for apostille processing, with secure document pickup and return available. The Texas Secretary of State issues the apostille.
  • Field Inspection Services – Property condition reports, occupancy checks, and photo documentation.
  • Print & Scan-Back Services – Secure document printing and return of completed documents to clients or designated recipient(s)
  • Courier Services – Secure, reliable delivery of important documents to courts, offices, or designated locations within service area.
  • Witness Coordination – Reliable witnesses may be coordinated upon request when additional witnesses are required.

Pricing

The State of Texas Government Code 406.024 sets the maximum fees a Notary Public may charge for notary services.



Below are our service fees, which are separate from the statutory fees above.

We encourage scheduling in advance. Same-day and last-minute requests, including emergencies, are subject to availability. All fees will be confirmed prior to the appointment.

Please note: Mobile service fees shown below are to be paid as non-refundable retainers at the time of booking. Any applicable special location, after-hours, or statutory notarial fees are due upon completion of your appointment.

The Notarization Process

We make notarization fast, seamless, and convenient. Here's what you can expect from start to finish.

Prepare Your Documents

  • Gather all documents requiring notarization.
  • Complete any required fields, but do not sign until the notary is present.
  • Have a valid, government—issued ID, such as a driver’s license or passport.
  • Have multiple copies or attachments ready, if needed.

Schedule Your Appointment

  • Contact us by phone, email, or online form.
  • Appointments available Monday – Sunday: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM
  • After-hours appointments may be available upon request; additional fees may apply.

Provide Appointment Details To Help Us Prepare Four Your Appointment

  • Full name, phone number, and email
  • Total number and type of documents
  • Witness requirements (witnesses may be available upon request)
  • Total number of signers (all signers must be present)
  • Valid government—issued ID for each signer
  • Preferred date, time, and location
  • Preferred payment method.

Verification & Notarization.

  • We verify the identity of each signer and review the documents, for the notarial act requested. When applicable we witness signatures as required by law, and complete the notarization accordance with Texas law using our official notary seal.

  • Your notarization is complete, and your documents are returned to you securely for their intended purpose.

Appointment Retainer & Cancellation Policy

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable retainer equal to the mobile service fee for your service area is required at the time of booking. The retainer covers the mobile service fee. Any applicable special location, after-hours, or notarial fees will be due upon completion of your appointment.

Why We Require a Retainer?

At Faith First Mobile Notary, we value both your time and ours. That why your retainer reserves your appointment time exclusively for you. This allows us to set aside the time needed to prepare, travel, and provide your requested notary services. Because we are reserving that time specifically for your appointment, a last minute cancellation or no- show means that time may no longer be available to serve another client. The retainer helps off set the time and resources committed to your appointment and allows us to manage our schedule responsibly while continuing to provide reliable, convenient service to every client.

.Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. We understand that unexpected situations arise, so if advance notice isn’t possible, please contact us as soon as you can. Your retainer will be applied to your rescheduled appointment.

Cancellations & No-Shows

In the event of a cancellation or no-show, the retainers is non-refundable and will be forfeited. A new retainer will me required to reschedule another appointment.

Late Arrivals & Delays

Faith First Mobile Notary, respects your time, and we are committed to arriving at your scheduled appointment time. If we experience an unexpected delay due to traffic, a prior appointment, or another unforeseen circumstance, we will contact you as soon as possible and provide an estimated time of arrival.

We ask that you please be present, prepared, and ready at your scheduled appointment time and location. If you are running late or need additional time to prepare, please notify us as soon as possible. If we arrive at the scheduled location and you are not present or are ready or to begin your appointment, we will make every reasonable attempt to contact you and/or wait up to 15 minutes from the scheduled appointment time. If we are unable to reach you or begin the appointment within that time, the appointment may be cancelled and considered a no-show and the retainer will be forfeited in accordance with our Cancellation & No-Show Policy.

Important:

Missed appointments due to late arrival, no contact, or failure to be available within the 15-minute waiting period may result in the retainer being forfeited. A new retainer will be required to reschedule another appointment.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. These policies allow Faith First Mobile Notary to provide professional, timely, and dependable mobile notary services while respecting the safety, time, and availability of our team and the clients we serve.
